1. Program Description
Gemini AI Alerts is an optional automated SMS notification service operated by Gemini Media Studios. It sends operational messages to opted-in business owners and authorized staff regarding customer calls and service requests received through their business's AI receptionist. Notifications may cover new inquiries, service request summaries, high-priority or urgent calls, callback requests, and appointment-request status updates. Messages are not promotional or marketing texts.
2. Enrollment and Consent
Individuals enroll by using the Gemini AI Alerts SMS enrollment page and its linked public consent form. A participant supplies contact information and a phone number, chooses a notification preference, and affirmatively checks a separate, unchecked SMS consent box before submitting. The form records the person's consent selection and submission information. Enrollment is voluntary and is not a condition of purchasing any service.

Gemini AI Alerts messages are sent from (916) 471-4441, operated by Gemini Media Studios for business notifications.
4. Message Frequency and Fees
Message frequency varies based on the volume and urgency of customer inquiries and the recipient's selected notification preference. A recipient might receive several messages on a busy day or none when there is no relevant activity. Message and data rates may apply. Wireless carrier fees are the recipient's responsibility.
5. Opting Out
Reply STOP to any Gemini AI Alerts SMS to unsubscribe. You will receive confirmation that SMS messages have stopped, and no further alerts will be sent to that number unless it is subsequently re-enrolled as permitted by applicable rules. Opting out of SMS does not cancel any separate business service agreement.

7. Notification Preferences

Actual categories and classification depend on the information supplied to the AI receptionist and may not always be accurate.
8. Delivery and Reliability
SMS delivery depends on wireless carriers, messaging networks, customer devices, and interconnected systems. Messages can be delayed or not delivered. Gemini AI Alerts is not an emergency notification service or a substitute for contacting 911 or another emergency responder. AI classifications and descriptions are informational and are not a confirmed appointment, diagnosis, or professional assessment.
9. Privacy
We respect your privacy. We do not sell or share your SMS opt-in data or personal information with third parties for marketing purposes. Information may be handled by service providers solely to operate this messaging program or meet legal obligations, as explained in our Privacy Policy. SMS consent is not transferred to unrelated businesses or promotional campaigns.
10. Changes to This Program
Gemini Media Studios may update or discontinue Gemini AI Alerts. Material changes that affect SMS consent or the nature of the messaging program may require renewed consent. The current terms will be published on this site.
